As we bring the new year in, our community are using the Duality Journal to reflect and gain clarity on who they are, and what they want. Those who got their hands on a pre-ordered copy of the Journal also received a printed 'year of manifestation' as a free gift.
We have now decided to release the 'year of manifestation' as a free download, so we can all manifest the year of your DREAMS. Split into quarters, this exercise is gentle, yet focused, and of course, uses mindful design and line & honey illustration to inspire.
Your free purchase will email you an online fillable PDF, and a plain version, ready for you to print and complete by hand if this suits you.
Take the time & space to sit and complete this exercise - start by identifying the words that will describe you in the season, then follow the prompts to get specific. There is power in doing the entire year in one sitting, and revisiting over the months, though if you would prefer to map it out each quarter, this is also an option.
We recommend framing or hanging your manifestations somewhere visible, so you are always reminded on the wonderfulness you want for yourself.
