What sizes do art prints come in?

Framed:

7x5” (13 x 18cm)

12x8” (21x30cm)

14x11” (36 x 28cm)

 

Unframed:

30 x 40cm in Archival art print sleeve

 

We can print larger sizes - just contact us using the form and we would be happy to accommodate you! Please not that due to COVID there may be some delays to large-size bespoke print delivery as this relies on our printing partners and their operating hours.

 

Do prints come framed?

All prints come carefully framed, wrapped and packaged, except the 30x40cm size prints, which come unframed and transported in a hard-backed envelope or rolled postal tube.

 

Where do you ship to?

The United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. Your item will be shipped with a tracking number.

If you like to request shipping elsewhere in the world, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We’d love to help!

 

How much is delivery?

United Kingdom = £4.95

Europe = £9.95

United States = £14.95

Canada = £14.95

Other international shipping will depend on the country and its import charges. Please email us if you would like a delivery quote.

 

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

We are a tiny team of 2 and all pieces are made or printed by hand, then lovingly packed and sent by me. Orders are processed Tuesday - Friday each week.

 

Please allow for 7 -10 days to process your order. However, if you require urgent delivery please let us know so it can be arranged. Please note: urgent delivery will incur a small additional charge.

Line & Honey are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen via transit. We are unable to take responsibility after the parcel has been shipped unless your art print frames have been broken in transit

 

What happens if I have not received my delivery?

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have entered in the correct address as we are unable to be held responsible for lost parcels due to mistakes in the address.

Please note: the shipping address cannot be changed once your item has been shipped.

Please contact us if you have any issues with your order, and we will do everything we can to help.

 

What do I do if an item in my parcel arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, some parcels are damaged during transit. Should this arise, please send us an email attaching photographic evidence so we can raise it with our couriers, and we will immediately rectify this by resending the damaged goods.

 

Do you accept refunds?

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept refunds. However, please feel free to contact us before purchase if you have any questions.

 

Is this business black owned?

Yes, it is! We are proudly and unapologetically a black owned business.

 

Do you accept commissions?
